Last updated: October 8, 2026. This page explains what happens to the information you give Rodent Control Oxford through this website or when you call us. We keep it short and plain, and we only describe what this site actually does.
The short version
- We collect only what you choose to send us: usually your name, phone number, area and a note about your rodent problem.
- We use it to call or text you back about that request. That is all.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not put you on a mailing list.
- You can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
When you use the callback form, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, the area or ZIP code of the property, the kind of problem you selected, and any note you add. The form also has a hidden spam-trap field that real visitors never see or fill in.
When you call or text us, we see your phone number and whatever you tell us about the job, the same as any phone call.
When you browse the site, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To call or text you back about your request and schedule an inspection.
- To prepare your written price and inspection report.
- To keep a short record of requests so a callback does not fall through the cracks.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
By sending the callback form, you agree that Rodent Control Oxford may call or text the number you provide about your request. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Form requests are sent to our business email and kept in this website’s database, which holds only the most recent requests. Only Rodent Control Oxford can see them. Our website hosting provider stores the site’s data on its servers as part of running the site.
We do not share your information with other companies, except where we are required to by law.
Services from Google
Two features of this site load content from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when those features load:
- Fonts. The site’s typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts.
- Maps. Some pages show an embedded Google Map of our service area. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
Google’s handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. WordPress may set cookies for site administrators who log in, and an embedded Google Map may set Google cookies as described above. Our caching system may store copies of pages to make the site faster; this does not identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep callback requests only as long as we need them to follow up on your job and keep basic business records. The website itself keeps only the most recent requests and removes older ones automatically as new ones arrive.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it, or to stop calling or texting you.
To do any of these, call us at the number at the top of this page or send a note through the callback form saying what you want. We will take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging service for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
