Terms and disclosure

Last updated: October 8, 2026. These terms cover your use of rodentcontroloxford.com. By using the site you agree to them. They are short and written in plain language.

Who we are

This site is run by Rodent Control Oxford, an independent, locally run rodent control company serving Oxford and Lafayette County, Mississippi.

Information on this site

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, and every page lists its sources. Even so, rodent situations vary, and the content here is general information. It does not replace an inspection of your property.

Health, legal and insurance information is general information, not professional advice. Talk to a doctor, lawyer or insurance agent about your own situation.

Prices and quotes

• Price ranges on this site are benchmarks from national cost data or prices people reported publicly. They are not quotes or offers.
• Your price for any job is set after an inspection and given to you in writing before work starts.
• The written scope and price you receive for your job is what governs that job, not general information on this website.

Examples and illustrations

Worked examples of common jobs and drawings of sealing work are labeled as examples and illustrations. They show what to expect and are not reports of specific customer jobs.

Callback requests

When you send the callback form, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Sending the form does not create a service agreement; nothing is scheduled or charged until you agree to it. How we handle your details is explained in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

We link to outside sources, such as Mississippi State University Extension, the CDC and government sites, so you can check our facts. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Content on this site

The text, design and illustrations on this site belong to Rodent Control Oxford. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Please do not copy whole pages to another website.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
